Experience Life agrees to make available to you 20 or more experiences/activities each calendar month provided you continue to pay your monthly dues and remain eligible. Events will be available on the website no later than the 15th of the month previous. You will have the opportunity to sign up for these experiences on a first come basis. You understand that not all experiences will have enough openings for those who may want to participate. The selection of these experiences is at the sole discretion of the Experience Life staff, although your suggestions are always welcome. You also understand that some activities have an additional cost in order for you to participate and this cost may be due in advance.
All memberships start today and continue until we receive written termination instructions from you or the Experience Life staff terminates your membership. All registration fees and your first months membership fee is due today.
You agree to pay the dues set forth for the membership program selected by you (Single Monthly/ Single Annual/ Couples Monthly/ Couples Annual). Payment of these dues entitle you to notification of all upcoming experiences and rights to attend. Some experiences will require additional costs to attend. If your dues become delinquent you may not have access to the upcoming calendars and may not be permitted at current experiences.

Establish a user name and password
To sign up for experiences, click on Calendar and review the experiences offered. Click on each experience to get more details and the cost (if any) as well as the registration cut off date and the name and contact info for the host. Click on register to participate in that experience and to pay the fee (if any)
– Please note that all experiences that have a cost must be paid at the time of registration. If for any reason you need to cancel, you must give us at least 7 calendar days notice in order to receive a refund. Special Events such as trips, concerts and big events may have an earlier cutoff time that will be listed on each Experience. If we are able to have another member fill your spot we will gladly refund your registration fee to that experience. No shows or cancellations made after the cut off time will not be refunded. I also understand that I/we must register for every event that we wish to attend and that I will be required to sign in upon arrival at the experience.
You assume the risk of injury, death or damage:
You understand that participation in any experience may involve risk, damage to your property or death. At all times you have the choice to participate or not, in the experiences that you choose to participate in you agree to accept any and all liability. You also understand that Experience Life nor any of their representatives nor members have any responsibility nor liability for any injury, property damage nor death that may occur while participating.
Rights to Publicity and Reproduction:
You agree that Experience Life may publish or use photos or video in our website or advertisers.
Right to cancel your membership:
You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. To do so please notify our office in writing. Your membership will be canceled 30 days after the receipt of your request and you may continue to register for events that are prior to that date.
We try to limit our experiences to our members, but understand that times arise that you may want to invite a guest. We ask that when you do so the guest must provide information about themselves either prior to the experience or at that time. They may not attend more than two (2) experiences per year without becoming a member. If they are attending a cost experience, you, as the member are responsible for the cost.
